I did have second thoughts about staying DT knowing we will be visiting Sea World (20min drive) which I was hesitant about but the drive was well worthwhile.Upon entering this three bedroom apartment located at Louisiana Avenue & Vandalia Avenue, you’re greeted with hardwood floors and central A/C. This low-rise building was constructed in 1989, and the apartment lies on the 2nd floor (1st European floor). This Brooklyn apartment offers a northern garden/street exposure as well as a southern exposure of the driveway.
Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find to the right a separate, eat in kitchen, which boasts a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and oven to assist you in preparing your meals. North of the kitchen, you’ll find the living room which, like the kitchen, will be shared with your roommate. The living room is currently unfurnished, but will be furnished in the future. The room for rent is fully furnished in a modern style and offers a double sized bed, a night table, a closet with plenty of storage space, and a TV with cable. This three bedroom apartment share comes with a private bath which features a shower with tub, toilette and towels. To relax a little, make your way to the terrace which overlooks a garden, sit back and enjoy NYC.
